About the role
We are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal to join a regional, agile practice in Colchester. The position offers a training contract and a clear pathway for career progression within a high‑profile firm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing transactions from inception to post‑completion.
- Handle freehold and leasehold matters, including new builds, shared ownership and unregistered titles.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Required profile
- Experience as a fee earner or assistant in conveyancing.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service.
- Interest in securing a training contract and long‑term career development.
Required skills
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
- Familiarity with Land Registry processes.
