Conveyancing Legal Executive

About the role

We are looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join our small, supportive legal team in Woking. The role focuses on residential conveyancing, offering the chance to manage your own caseload while receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft contracts, transfer documents and other legal paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and fellow solicitors.
• Manage a mixed caseload of purchases and sales.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear, timely communication and excellent client service.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (CILEx or equivalent).
• Experience or training in residential conveyancing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, client‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of conveyancing documents.
• Knowledge of residential property law and regulations.
