Conveyancing Paralegal – Experienced (Full‑time)

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established high‑street firm in Essex that is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. The successful candidate will work closely with a busy team of conveyancers, supporting residential property transactions and contributing to fee‑earning activities where required.
Key responsibilities
- Assist conveyancers with the preparation and management of residential property files.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers and mortgages.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior paralegal or conveyancing role.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with case management software.
