About the role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner to join a growing regional firm. The position offers job security, progression opportunities and a focus on delivering high‑quality, personal service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of conveyancing transactions from inception to post‑completion.
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds and shared ownership.
- Process remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
- Generate new business leads and build relationships with local estate agents.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal or fee earner.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and transaction procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
