Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner – Southend

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner to join our Southend‑on‑Sea team. The role covers the full conveyancing cycle, from initial instructions to post‑completion work, supporting a range of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
• Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and mortgage lenders throughout the transaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation from inception through to post‑completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal or fee earner.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Ability to handle both registered and unregistered titles.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Commitment to delivering quality, client‑focused service.
