Conveyancing Paralegal – Flexible Working

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our established legal team in Billericay. The role offers the chance to develop your career within a growing business that values quality, personal service and flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from initiation to post‑completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold matters, including new builds, shared ownership and unregistered properties.
• Process remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy schemes.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Liaise with solicitors, lenders, clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing processes.
• Familiarity with remortgage and equity transfer procedures.
• Understanding of Land Registry documentation requirements.
