Conveyancing Paralegal – Full‑Time (Hybrid)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly legal team in South East England. You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post‑completion, working both in the office and remotely as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progress.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage documentation.
- Conduct property searches, prepare title reports and manage Land Registry applications.
- Maintain accurate case records in the firm’s case management system and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with case management systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
