Conveyancing Paralegal (Hybrid)

About the role
This hybrid position offers a non‑client‑facing environment where you will support a high‑performing property department in Liverpool. You will work alongside fee earners to manage residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with approximately 50 residential conveyancing matters.
- Handle completion searches, request lender funds and redemption requests.
- Process estate agent invoices and prepare memoranda of sale.
- Prepare contract packs, order searches and draft letters to freeholders and management agents.
- Support mortgage reporting, draft transfers, submit SDLT returns and aid in contract exchanges.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months full‑time experience in a conveyancing role.
- Ability to work independently without direct client contact.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
