Conveyancing Paralegal

About the role

Are you an experienced conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next opportunity? This permanent position in Worthing offers a supportive environment where you will help fee earners manage residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, preparing legal documents, contracts and completion statements.
• Order and review property searches, Land Registry documents and title information, ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to progress transactions.
• Maintain accurate case files in the firm’s management system and monitor key deadlines.
• Provide proactive support throughout each stage to facilitate efficient exchanges and completions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential conveyancing department.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proactive approach to managing a busy workload.
• Professional client care attitude.
