Conveyancing Paralegal – Manage Your Own Files

About the role
This full‑time position offers the chance to take ownership of conveyancing files from start to finish. You will work for a growing local business that values quality, personal service and career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all types of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds and shared ownership.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
- Manage file progression from inception through post‑completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Motivated to manage your own files and deliver high‑quality work.
- Experience or training in conveyancing or property law is desirable.
- Commitment to a long‑term role with opportunities for progression.
