Conveyancing Paralegal – Residential Property Transactions

About the role

We are urgently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a client’s residential conveyancing team in Exmouth. The role offers a supportive environment where you will assist a partner and her team with property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the partner and conveyancing team in managing documentation and processes for residential conveyancing.
• Prepare and handle legal documents related to property transactions.
• Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations throughout conveyancing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
