About the role
This permanent position offers an experienced conveyancing fee earner the chance to manage a full caseload while supervising a small team. You will work for an established local firm that values quality, personal service and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own conveyancing files from inception through to post‑completion.
- Supervise and advise a small team of junior staff.
- Handle all types of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
- Process remortgages, transfers of equity and Help‑to‑Buy deals.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Required profile
- Qualified fee earner or paralegal with solid conveyancing experience.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
- Experience supervising junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and mortgage transactions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality client service.
