Conveyancing Solicitor (Remote) – £40k‑£50k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well‑established residential property team. The role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being supported by a dedicated legal infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential caseload of up to 80 files from instruction to completion.
• Conduct title reviews, raise and respond to enquiries, and prepare title reports.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and fellow solicitors.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new‑build transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality client care throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Minimum three years of fee‑earning experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship abilities.

Required skills

• Title checking and preparation of title reports.
• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing processes.
