Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading regional law firm’s Residential Property team in Farnham. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to handle a diverse portfolio of residential transactions while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Provide expert advice to clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle transfers of equity, remortgages, new‑build transactions and shared‑ownership deals.
• Process Help to Buy and other government‑backed scheme transactions.
• Maintain the highest standards of service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential property lifecycle.
• Excellent client care and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial, proactive approach with strong organisational skills.
