Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Hybrid)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join its expanding residential property team in Crawley. The role involves managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post‑completion, delivering high‑quality client service while working in a modern, forward‑thinking firm with hybrid working flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including complex and high‑value matters.
• Advise prospective clients, prepare matter estimates and pre‑instruction documentation.
• Draft and review legal documentation required to progress and complete matters efficiently.
• Deliver consistently high levels of client service with clear, professional communication.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives to attract new instructions and strengthen introducer relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and paralegals, delegating work to maximise team efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Adviser specialising in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical expertise in residential property law, including complex transactions.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail.
• Strategic approach to workload management, confident in delegation and collaboration.
• Commercially aware with a client‑centred mindset and understanding of business priorities.
• Demonstrable interest or experience in business development and relationship building.
