Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (or Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) to join our award‑winning property specialist firm in Gloucester. You will work within a collaborative team that values exceptional client service and innovative legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Oversee lease extensions, leasehold matters and high‑value, complex property cases.
• Provide accurate, timely legal advice using modern systems and tools.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential property.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
