Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Maidenhead)

About the role

A well‑established law firm in Maidenhead is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Residential Property department. The role offers exposure to high‑quality residential conveyancing work, strong support and clear progression within a modern practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity matters and new‑build transactions.
• Provide clear, practical and timely advice to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers.
• Ensure compliance with SRA and AML regulations.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Newly qualified (NQ) to 5 years PQE welcomed; senior candidates also encouraged.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
