Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property (Oxfordshire)

About the role

We are a reputable, forward‑thinking law firm in Oxfordshire looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing Residential Property team. You will handle a high‑quality caseload of residential transactions in a supportive, modern environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing portfolio, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Oversee files from instruction through to completion, ensuring timely progress.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, clients and third parties.
• Maintain high client‑care standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience (flexible for strong candidates).
• Proven ability to manage residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment.
