Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading South West law practice, is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a portfolio of high‑value residential and agricultural property transactions for high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run a caseload of complex residential and commercial property matters across the South West and London.
• Act for clients with rural estates, country homes and extensive property portfolios.
• Advise on sales, purchases, financing and transfers of high‑value rural and agricultural property.
• Liaise with family offices, trustees, financial institutions and other high‑net‑worth clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in residential or commercial property.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value transactions and interact confidently with wealthy individuals and institutional clients.
