About the role
Join KFC’s kitchen team in Redditch as a Cook. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving KFC’s signature chicken in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring every order meets the brand’s high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and follow standard recipes to produce menu items.
- Operate fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Monitor product quality, temperature and presentation before service.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to keep service flow smooth.
