Coordinating Nurse (Office‑based)

About the role

International SOS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Government Services team in Chiswick, West London. This office‑based position allows you to apply your clinical expertise to coordinate medical cases for patients worldwide, offering a healthier work‑life balance compared with traditional ward work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical cases from referral through to resolution.
• Review medical reports and treatment plans.
• Communicate directly with patients, healthcare providers, and clients.
• Coordinate care with hospitals and medical professionals across the globe.
• Provide clinical recommendations and authorise healthcare services.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate care regardless of location.

Required profile

• Registered with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Experience in acute, medical, surgical or primary‑care settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to build a long‑term career outside traditional clinical nursing.
