Corporate Banking PMO – Business & IT Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Banking PMO to lead business and IT transformation initiatives for leading Japanese financial institutions. The role combines project management, business analysis and product management within the global corporate banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PMO, business analysis and product management services.
• Lead IT transformation and business process re‑engineering projects.
• Support initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlements and core banking.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams and delivery partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage projects independently.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consulting or project delivery experience.
• Proven experience delivering IT transformation or operational improvement projects.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• End‑to‑end project lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, UAT planning and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of corporate banking or capital markets projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum.
