Corporate Business Development Manager

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for its corporate practice. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will translate market insights into actionable opportunities and help expand the firm’s client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients and increase revenue.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation, coordination and delivery of proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Support targeted marketing and client engagement initiatives.
• Monitor business development performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of business development objectives.

Required profile

• Commercially minded professional with experience in professional services or a similar B2B environment.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to turn market data into growth actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in proposal development.
