Corporate Business Sales Executive

About the role

KBS Corporate, part of the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a Corporate Business Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team. You will work from the Bolton office, making outbound B2B calls to small‑business owners and guiding them through the possibility of selling their companies.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct outbound conversations with potential SME owners.
• Use the in‑house CRM system to record interactions and manage leads.
• Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors when owners show interest.
• Deliver a high‑quality, empathetic customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of prior sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and close deals.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and a collaborative team player.
• High energy, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to be the best.

• Competitive base salary £26k‑£30k plus uncapped commission (OTE around £40k, top performers £60k).
