Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Exeter

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its Corporate & Commercial team in Exeter and is seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join a fast‑growing practice. The role offers exposure to high‑value transactions, client interaction across the South West and a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions, including business and share sales.
• Handle corporate restructuring, company formations and reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder, partnership and joint‑venture agreements.
• Advise on investment, funding and commercial contract matters.
• Provide corporate governance and general company law advice.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Chartered Legal Executive with corporate law experience.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in corporate/commercial work.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships.
