Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Disney is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join its Hammersmith office on a 7‑month fixed‑term contract starting mid‑September 2026. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Director, you will lead PR campaigns that protect and enhance Disney’s reputation across the UK and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute corporate PR campaigns for flagship moments such as the annual holiday advert and the Week of Wishes CSR initiative.
• Manage day‑to‑day media relations with consumer, business and trade outlets, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities.
• Act as deputy on crisis communications, developing messaging and media plans when issues arise.
• Support executive and stakeholder engagement, including event organisation, speaker briefings and speechwriting.
• Oversee agency relationships, budget tracking, KPI definition and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Host quarterly communications summits to share best practices across EMEA markets.
• Coordinate with marketing, CSR, Disney+, studios and consumer products teams to ensure integrated messaging.
• Travel as required to support business dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations or media relations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crisis communications and issues management.
• Experience working with senior executives and delivering stakeholder engagement programmes.
• Strong track record of managing budgets, KPIs and agency partnerships.
