About the role

We are a leading Top 10 accountancy and business advisory firm seeking a Corporate Finance Associate Director for our London team. This senior client‑facing position offers strong deal exposure, clear progression and the backing of a national platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage key client relationships.
• Guide clients through transaction processes and critical decision points.
• Deliver complex reporting and financial analysis.
• Support senior leadership on corporate finance assignments.
• Review and guide work prepared by junior team members.
• Provide coaching, support and technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with wider corporate finance teams nationally.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge and share best practice.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across transactions and advisory work.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong corporate finance, transaction services or deal advisory experience.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading meetings.
• Management experience, including developing junior staff.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and commercial, client‑focused approach.
• Confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the firm and client base.
