Corporate Finance Associate

About the role

The Corporate Finance Associate will join a well‑established, growing firm, gaining exposure to a variety of buy‑side and sell‑side transactions while working alongside an experienced leadership team. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking their first move into corporate finance or looking to advance their career within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed research and analysis on businesses, produce reports and communicate key findings.
• Support the management of the transaction process.
• Identify key issues on transactions and assist in planning potential outcomes and solutions.
• Prepare funding packs, information memorandums and business plans.
• Develop financial models for sell‑side and buy‑side transactions.
• Participate in networking activities and support business development efforts.

Required profile

• Qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a professional services firm such as audit, accountancy or advisory.
• Motivation to progress a career in corporate finance, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
