Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading accountancy practice with a growing Corporate Finance division, is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their Bristol office. The role will lead high‑profile M&A transactions, manage client relationships and help shape the future of the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and fundraising projects.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and develop detailed financial models and valuations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice.
• Drive business development initiatives, contributing to proposals and pitches.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant corporate finance, transaction services or advisory experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering results.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
