Corporate Finance Senior

About the role

The Corporate Finance Senior role is a permanent position within a professional services firm’s Accounting & Finance department in Guildford. You will provide expert financial insight, support transaction activities and help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial models, forecasts and reports for corporate finance projects.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and other transaction‑related activities.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with clients to understand financial objectives and deliver tailored advice.
• Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of corporate finance processes and strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in Accounting & Finance, particularly corporate finance.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
