Corporate Insolvency Administrator – Cheshire

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join a well‑established insolvency practice in Cheshire. This full‑time position offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency matters from start to finish, working within a supportive and experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs).
• Draft and prepare all required documentation for case progression and statutory reporting.
• Liaise confidently with directors, creditors and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.
• Conduct investigations into company affairs, including director conduct reviews and asset realisation.
• Reconcile accounts, process receipts and payments, and maintain accurate case records.
• Support senior team members and contribute to ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in corporate insolvency within a professional practice.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator with the capacity to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• CPI qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
