Corporate Insolvency Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join a well‑established insolvency practice in Cheshire. You will manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency matters from start to finish, ensuring compliance and efficient case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of administrations, CVLs and MVLs.
• Draft and prepare statutory documentation and reports.
• Liaise with directors, creditors and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.
• Investigate company affairs, including director conduct reviews and asset realisation.
• Reconcile accounts, process receipts and payments, and maintain accurate case records.
• Support senior team members and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in corporate insolvency within a professional practice.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• CPI qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
