Corporate Insolvency Practitioner – Yorkshire

About the role

This position is for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner who will lead the development of a Yorkshire‑based insolvency offering for a Manchester‑headquartered practice. The role combines business development, client relationship management and case oversight, with the flexibility to work remotely from Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow the firm’s Yorkshire insolvency practice.
• Win and manage corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, administrations and MVLs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accountants, solicitors, lenders and other referral sources.
• Act as the regional figurehead while leveraging support from the Manchester team.
• Ensure compliance and case administration are handled by the central support function.

Required profile

• Fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential).
• Strong background in corporate insolvency work.
• Proven track record of generating new business and referrals.
• Established professional network within Yorkshire.
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and relationship‑driven.
