Corporate Knowledge Lawyer – PSL (5+ PQE)

About the role

This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join and support the continued growth of its highly regarded national corporate team. The role will focus on developing and sharing legal knowledge, delivering training and development initiatives, monitoring legislative and regulatory changes, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and share legal knowledge across the corporate team.
• Deliver training and development initiatives for lawyers.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting corporate work.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and best practice.
• Support the team’s ongoing development and enhance service quality.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation and client offering within the corporate sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years PQE as a qualified solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong background in corporate law, preferably with experience in private equity, M&A, IPOs, or restructuring.
• Proactive, commercially minded with a genuine interest in knowledge management, innovation and technology.
• Desire to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality legal services.
