Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) – Cambridge

About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a leading UK law firm’s Cambridge office as a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL). You will help shape the firm’s corporate knowledge base, drive continuous improvement and support the national corporate practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training initiatives for the corporate team.
• Monitor and research legislative and regulatory developments affecting corporate work.
• Capture, share and embed best practice across the practice.
• Provide up‑to‑date technical resources, guidance and know‑how to lawyers.
• Contribute to the firm’s wider corporate strategy and market reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor with a strong corporate law background.
• Experience in private equity, M&A, IPOs or corporate restructuring.
• Proactive, commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in innovation, technology and the future of legal service delivery.
• Confidence working with lawyers at all levels and a passion for sharing knowledge.
