Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) – Kent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join our corporate and commercial team in Kent. The role focuses on developing and maintaining legal precedents, practice notes, and internal guidance, while supporting senior lawyers on complex M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage corporate legal precedents and practice notes.
• Provide technical advice and research support to lawyers across the department.
• Monitor legal and market developments and disseminate updates to the team.
• Assist in training junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Support client updates, seminars and other departmental projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years PQE as a Solicitor, Lawyer or CILEx/Legal Executive.
• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate and/or Banking & Finance law.
• Strong attention to detail and technical legal knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
