Corporate Senior Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Senior Solicitor to join our highly regarded corporate commercial team in Hertfordshire. This role offers exposure to a varied caseload of complex, high‑value transactions and the chance to help grow our corporate commercial offering without the need to bring an existing client book.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact on corporate and commercial matters.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales and restructures.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder, partnership and director agreements.
• Collaborate with employment, dispute resolution, property and private client teams to deliver integrated services.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law.
• Confident in managing client relationships and commercially aware.
• Interest in business development, networking and client engagement.
• Team‑player seeking a long‑term opportunity.

Required skills

• Drafting shareholder agreements.
• Negotiating partnership agreements.
• Drafting director agreements.
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions.
• Advising on corporate sales.
• Advising on restructures.
