Corporate Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE

About the role

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate & Commercial team in Tonbridge. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, insolvency, EMI share schemes and business succession planning.
• Advise a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, established businesses, financial institutions and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong technical expertise across a range of corporate transactions.
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Enthusiastic about business development and networking.
