Corporate Solicitor – Associate Level (2+ years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our award‑winning Corporate and Commercial team. You will work on high‑value, cross‑border transactions for multinational businesses, high‑growth companies and investment firms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft and negotiate sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters, investment agreements and related documentation.
• Conduct and manage legal due‑diligence processes.
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers and trainees, overseeing their workload.
• Collaborate with other practice areas on multi‑disciplinary matters.
• Participate in client development and networking activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE in corporate law, preferably with exposure to M&A, private equity and investments.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client‑first mindset.
• Motivation to contribute to a growing, ambitious team.
