About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Advisor to join our growing corporate team in Crawley. This position is ideal for a qualified solicitor with several years of post‑qualification experience who can manage their own caseload while supporting larger transactions. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage own corporate caseload, including M&A transactions, restructures, shareholder agreements, investments and commercial matters.
• Support senior partners on larger, complex transactions and provide practical legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring high‑quality service across multiple sectors.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with several years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proven ability to handle corporate matters independently and work collaboratively on larger deals.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent client‑facing communication skills.
• Interest in networking, business development and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
