Corporate Solicitor

About the role

The Portfolio Group is expanding its legal team and seeks a motivated Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic, service‑focused environment. Whether you are newly qualified or have several years of experience, you will manage your own caseload and contribute to a broad range of commercial, corporate and civil matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct County Court litigation and manage related procedural matters.
• Lead regulatory investigations, interviews under caution, inquests and prosecutions arising from workplace accidents.
• Provide commercial legal advice, support dispute resolution and assist with potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle non‑contentious employment law issues and represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases.
• Offer advice and assistance to companies and associated businesses across the Group.

Required profile

• Experience across a range of practice areas within a leading law firm or in‑house legal department.
• Strong commitment to delivering remarkable client service.
• Positive attitude toward a busy workload, teamwork and business development.
• Commercially focused with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
