Corporate Solicitor – M&A Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Solicitor to join our award‑winning Corporate and Commercial department in Farnborough. The role involves handling complex M&A transactions and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, working with partners and senior solicitors.
• Draft and manage ancillary documents for asset purchase and sale transactions.
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive legal due diligence, including share purchase agreements and disclosure letters.
• Prepare documentation for business disposals and post‑completion matters.
• Draft articles of association, shareholders’ agreements and other corporate documents.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE.
• Proven experience in M&A and corporate/commercial law.
• Strong technical drafting ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex legal principles and apply them pragmatically.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
