Corporate Solicitor – Managing Associate / Legal Director

About the role

Join a leading South West law firm as a Corporate Solicitor at Managing Associate or Legal Director level. You will advise private‑equity‑backed businesses, strategic corporates and owner‑managed companies on high‑value corporate transactions while benefiting from flexible, hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on mergers & acquisitions, corporate acquisitions and disposals.
• Handle group restructures, reorganisations and private‑equity transactions.
• Manage cross‑border corporate matters and deliver strategic corporate advice.
• Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth of the corporate team.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales).
• Approximately 8+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong background in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Private‑equity or cross‑border experience is advantageous.
• Commercially minded, client‑focused and ambitious.
