Corporate Solicitor – Manchester

About the role

IPS Group is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing corporate team in Manchester. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on a variety of high‑value corporate transactions for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage disclosure processes.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and provide pragmatic commercial advice.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions while managing matters independently.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate transactions.
• Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude towards business development and networking.
