About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and supporting calculations.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to optimise the organisation's tax position.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the tax implications of business decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of changes in tax laws affecting the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Support tax audits and liaise with external tax authorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements in tax reporting and compliance.
• Deliver training and updates to internal stakeholders on tax‑related matters.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in accountancy, finance or a related field.
• Professional tax or accountancy qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CTA.
• Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Desirable experience within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
