Key responsibilities

• Lead UK and cross‑border advisory projects.
• Oversee complex compliance work for a mixed portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships and identify value‑adding opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with tax, audit and corporate finance teams.
• Drive business development and shape the Midlands tax offering.
• Support and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA or CTA qualification.
• Solid corporate tax experience across compliance and advisory.
• Confidence managing larger groups and complex work.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on spotting opportunities.
• Strong people skills and ability to mentor others.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
