Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

K3TA, the tax advisory arm of the K3 Capital Group, is expanding its Corporate Tax Team. The role offers full flexibility to work from the office, home, or a hybrid mix while delivering high‑quality tax advice to mid‑market transaction clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complex advisory projects and corporate compliance engagements.
• Lead client interactions, provide updates and manage project budgets and invoicing.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Draft tax reports, transaction step‑plans and clearance applications.
• Prepare tax computations and liaise with HMRC on compliance matters.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and/or Chartered Accountant (ACA, CTA, ACCA).
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver projects from advice to execution.
