Corporate Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join an independent chartered accountancy practice in Brighton, East Sussex. The role involves delivering specialist tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base, including SMEs, high‑net‑worth individuals and finance directors of domestic and international companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax advice and compliance support across a range of sectors.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, share transactions, EIS/SEIS and R&D relief.
• Work closely with audit, accounting and broader advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain relationships with SME owners, high‑net‑worth individuals and finance directors.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
• Strong knowledge and experience in corporate tax, gained in a specialist tax role or a general practice role with a desire to specialise.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high levels of client service.
