About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a forward‑thinking accountancy firm in Yeovil. The role combines complex corporation tax compliance with strategic advisory work, offering a client‑facing environment where you can shape tax solutions for a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end corporate tax compliance, preparing and filing returns accurately and on time.
• Identify and develop tax planning opportunities, supporting risk‑management strategies.
• Provide high‑quality advisory services, delivering tailored tax solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• AAT, ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification with solid corporate tax experience.
• Proven ability to balance compliance and advisory work, handling complex tax matters.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic advice.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
