About the role

As a Corporate Tax Manager based in Liverpool, you will lead tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of business‑services clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored tax solutions and supporting the wider tax team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate tax compliance processes for multiple client accounts.
• Provide tailored tax advice and develop tax planning strategies.
• Oversee and review tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax legislation and advise clients on relevant changes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and train junior members of the tax team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service.

Required profile

• Professional tax or accounting qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
